Lipolyse
Lipolysis is a medical procedure aimed at removing local fat deposits. Treatment consists of injecting deoxycholic acid into the double chin. Deoxycholic acid is an acid that occurs naturally in the human body; it helps dissolve fat in water. Lipolysis not only dissolves fat, it also tightens the skin. Discomfort, pain, and swelling are the most side effect of lipolysis. Swelling and pain after only deoxycholic acid injection may last up to 10–14 days, whereas the discomfort after injection of the combination of deoxycholic acid and phosphatidylcholine usually lasts for up to less than a week.Since your body can't produce new fat cells, the results of this procedure are considered permanent. There will always be fewer fat cells in your chin once your procedure is complete. However, you should understand that you need to maintain a healthy lifestyle once your procedure is complete.
